Included in the trip is a guided tour which offers a wealth of knowledge.

The Gardens At Highgrove, Gloucestershire where HRH Prince of Wales has spent over 30 years transforming the grounds into what have been acknowledged as some of the most inspired and innovative gardens in the UK. He has been helped by some famous garden designers including Julian Bannerman and Rosemary Verey. The gardens are open to visitors on selected dates between April and October each year. His Royal Highness’s strict adherence to organic and sustainable methods has helped create gardens which are both magical and intriguing while being environmentally sound; encouraging plants and wildlife to thrive.

Join one of The Prince’s expert guides on a two hour tour through the extraordinary series of gardens including The Stumpery, the stunning Wildflower Meadow and the impressive Kitchen Garden, a highly personal and inspiring reflection of the interests of His Royal Highness.

After your tour enjoy a set menu lunch in the Orchard Restaurant before looking round the Highgrove Estate Shop.

Things to note for entry into Highgrove Gardens:

  • You are required to bring a form of photographic ID such a driver’s licence, passport or bus pass.  Alternatively two current utility bills are acceptable.
  • Guests with wheelchairs and scooters are welcome to the Gardens.  Please be aware that there are areas where it can be a bit bumpy as there are gravel and cobbled paths and uneven surfaces.  Wheelchair users MUST be accompanied by a strong companion and bring their own wheelchair that is suitable for bumpy terrain and unmade paths.
  • Cameras, binoculars or any other form of recording equipment are not allowed on the Estate.  Mobile phones may not be used on the Estate.  If you have one with you, please make sure it is switched off at all times.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on Highgrove Estate
