THE GARDENS AT HIGHGROVE, GLOUCESTERSHIRE – Step into His Majesty King Charles III’s private sanctuary, where over 30 years of passion has created some of Britain’s most inspired gardens. Working with renowned designers including Julian Bannerman and Rosemary Verey, The King has transformed Highgrove into a magical showcase of organic and sustainable gardening, where plants and wildlife flourish in perfect harmony.

Arriving at 12:30 for security, you’ll join one of The King’s expert guides for a captivating two-hour journey through extraordinary gardens. Discover The Stumpery’s enchanting woodland, wander through the stunning Wildflower Meadow, and explore the impressive Kitchen Garden – each space reflecting His Majesty’s deeply personal vision and environmental commitment.

At 14:50, settle into The Orchard Room for an elegant lunch overlooking the Orchard Terrace. Surrounded by fascinating paintings of His Majesty and his family, you’ll enjoy a carefully prepared set menu.

Your lunch includes:

  • Glass of house wine or soft drink
  • Chicken Chasseur with tomato, mushroom, tarragon and white wine sauce, served on braised rice

  • No smoking anywhere on Highgrove Estate
