Escape to the Cornish coast for a leisurely Sunday at Britain’s favourite seaside fishing town, where your only task is to relax and enjoy.

We’ll whisk you away to the picturesque Portbyhan Hotel, perched right on Looe’s West Quay, where fishing boats bob in the harbour and seagulls wheel overhead. Settle in for a traditional Sunday lunch with all the trimmings – perfectly roasted, expertly prepared, and someone else doing all the hard work. No shopping lists, no hot kitchens, no mountain of washing up. Just you, good food, and the gentle sounds of the Cornish waterfront.

After lunch, Looe is yours to discover. Spend approximately three hours wandering the narrow streets lined with galleries and gift shops, strolling along the harbour watching boats come and go, or simply finding a bench on the quay to watch the world drift by. Cross the medieval bridge to explore East Looe, hunt for treasures in the quirky independent shops, or follow the coast path for breathtaking sea views.
