The Gardens At Highgrove, Gloucestershire where HRH King Charles III has spent over 30 years transforming the grounds into what has been acknowledged as some of the most inspired and innovative gardens in the UK. He has been helped by some famous garden designers including Julian Bannerman and Rosemary Verey. The gardens are open to visitors on selected dates between April and October each year. His Majesty’s strict adherence to organic and sustainable methods has helped create gardens that are both magical and intriguing while being environmentally sound; encouraging plants and wildlife to thrive.

We will arrive at 12.30 for security checks,  and we will then join one of The Kings’s expert guides on a two-hour tour through the extraordinary series of gardens including The Stumpery, the stunning Wildflower Meadow and the impressive Kitchen Garden, a highly personal and inspiring reflection of the interests of His Majesty. The two-hour tour will finish at 15:00.

After your tour, we will travel to “The Snooty Fox” for afternoon tea aiming to get there by 15.30. After relaxing at “The Snooty Fox”, you will have a chance to wander around Tetbury, before we return home.
