THURSFORD CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR – CROMER, NORFOLK

Experience Britain’s largest and most magical Christmas show, then unwind by the stunning North Norfolk coast for a festive break you’ll never forget.

Prepare to be dazzled by Thursford’s legendary Christmas Spectacular – a breathtaking £3 million extravaganza that has enchanted over 5.8 million visitors. Set among twinkling mechanical organs and vintage fairground carousels, this three-hour celebration brings together 120 professional singers, dancers and musicians, many fresh from London’s West End, delivering non-stop festive magic.

From chart-topping pop hits to traditional carols, from spectacular dance numbers to hilarious comedy moments, every second sparkles with Christmas spirit. The show’s thrilling finale features a stunning fly-over of white doves across the auditorium – a moment of theatrical wonder that brings the house down every time.

Your base is the elegant Cliftonville Hotel, perched above Cromer’s beautiful coastline with sweeping sea views. This family-run gem perfectly blends Edwardian charm with modern comfort – each room equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, and the warm hospitality North Norfolk is famous for.

Your festive adventure:

Day One – Depart the Blackmore Vale and journey to the Norfolk coast, arriving at the Cliftonville Hotel for dinner and a peaceful evening by the sea.

Day Two – After breakfast, explore charming Cromer at your leisure – browse the shops, stroll the pier, breathe in that bracing sea air. Return for an early dinner at 3pm, then it’s off to Thursford for the spectacular 7:00pm performance that will fill your heart with Christmas joy. We will leave the Hotel at 17.00pm to give you time to enjoy the atmosphere on arrival. Don’t miss the Optional Winter Wonderland, which costs extra, but is well worth seeing the Steam Engines all dressed for Christmas. You walk around a trail & then follows on outside for a lovely trail lit up in all its glory. { usually £6pp} Please do this on arrival so that you have plenty of time to enjoy. You must make sure that you SHOW your Spectacular Tickets, but don’t hand them in, as you need them to get into the Show. You must be seated by 06.45pm. The show will start prompt at 07.00pm, and the doors will be closed.

Day Three – A leisurely breakfast before bidding farewell and heading home, heads full of magical memories.
