A once in a lifetime opportunity to experience the wonder and mystery before its return to Egypt forever.
Day 1:   We depart the Blackmore Vale and head to The Tower hotel in London with a stop en-route. We aim to get to our hotel for the early afternoon. Upon arrival, you will have plenty of time to explore the surrounding area before dinner.
You will be staying at the Tower Hotel whose rooms and suites are conveniently located near Tower Bridge and offer some of London’s most exceptional views across the River Thames, Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the quaint St Katherine’s Dock Marina. The Tower Hotel’s rooms have been designed to reflect the individual style and character of the hotel itself, with an interior infused with Art Deco features.
Each of the Tower Hotel rooms comes equipped with fast, free Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries and an elegant ensuite bathroom and tea and coffe making facilities.
Day 2: Today, you are free to explore London at your leisure. You can catch one of the hop-on-hop-off buses that allow seeing London and exploring. We aim to leave the hotel early-afternoon to head to Covent Garden to give you a few hours to explore this stunning shopping centre where there is something for everyone. At a pre-arranged time, you will meet the coach to take you to the Saatchi Gallery, where you will see the Tutankhamun Exhibition.
We will give you 2 hours to explore the artefacts from the boy king’s priceless tomb. The Treasures of the Golden Pharaoh will transport you to Ancient Egypt where you will accompany Tutankhamun on his journey to the afterlife and quest for immortality. Over 150 stunning authentic tomb objects – 60 on display outside of Egypt for the first time – showcase the spectacular artistry of the boy king’s 3,300-year-old treasure and will dazzle you.
After you have been stunned and bedazzled, we will return you to the Blackmore Vale late evening
